Resort Highlights

The Summit Resort has two sides divided by River Road, however, guests have access to the entire property. The office is on the main side for checking in and general information. There is also a Clubhouse with two big screen smart TVs, an upstairs pool table room for guests over 21, an indoor area, and an outdoor covered space. Guests can enjoy water and sand volleyball, badminton, our 18-hole miniature golf course, two swimming pools, tetherball, shuffleboard, cornhole, horseshoes, and a playground area. The resort has river access from September to April for recreational fishing of bass, catfish, brown and rainbow trout. In peak season, tubing, kayaking, and shuttle services are provided for a fee. On the other side of River Road are the Treetop Villa Condos, an RV Park, and a sports area. The Summit gives guests access to a basketball and tennis court, shuffleboard, cornhole, a pool area with a slide, adult hot tub, exercise room, and a BBQ grilling area.

Unit Highlights

The Texas Hill Country is the gorgeous setting for The Summit Vacation Resort Treetop Villas. Units are tri-level loft villas with stairs, built on a hillside, and accommodate up to ten guests with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Units have a queen-size bed in the main and second bedrooms, two full-size beds in the third bedroom, and a full-size bed in the fourth bedroom. Villas are heated and air conditioned with a full kitchen complete with a blender, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, drip coffee maker, microwave, basic pots and pans, and place settings for ten guests. Soap, dishwasher detergent pods, shampoo and conditioner, and toilet paper are provided. A starter supply of paper towels and laundry soap are provided, but are not replenished during your stay. The Summit has two zero-stair units that are three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Please call in advance of finalizing your reservation to inquire about the availability of one of the zero-stair units.
