While on this stunning island, spend a day lounging on the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the blue waters of this getaway. The Sea Palace Resort has beach lounges available, and the staff is available to arrange day trips to other parts of this Dutch/French island. Arrange for a day-long fishing excursion, and upon return, partake of fine cuisine in the on-site restaurant. US dollars, traveler’s checks, and major credit cards are widely accepted. Please no smoking in the units. Smoking is permitted on the balconies. Resort charges $35 weekly utility surcharge. There is also a government timeshare tax of $50 per week. All exchanges get free WiFi.

Destination Highlights

Located on the beach on Front Street, Sint Maarten Sea Palace is near the center of the town’s activities on the Dutch Sint Maarten side of the island. Within walking distance, visit the beach, take in a day of boating or fishing, enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, or scuba diving in the crystal-clear waters surrounding the island. Take in a round of golf or go horseback riding, both within a 15-minute drive. Visit the French side of the island (St. Martin) and enjoy the ambiance reminiscent of fishing villages in the south of France. Enjoy shopping in stylish boutiques and end the day with a fine, French meal and a variety of live entertainment.
