The resort is located on over 250 acres of land, which includes a natural wildlife setting surrounded by a wooded forest, open fields and five small lakes. Powhatan offers a general store and two restaurants. Spacious, air-conditioned studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom accommodations are perfect for vacationing families or couples enjoying a getaway. One-bedroom units sleep up to four, two-bedroom units sleep up to six or eight, three-bedroom units sleep up to eight and four-bedroom units sleep up to 12. All accommodations come with kitchen facilities that include a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. For added comfort and convenience, some units also feature full kitchens as well as fireplaces.
