The timeshares properties are located with the Bryce Resort and are independent of the Resort. Pine Villas Owners' Association offers the larger 3- bedroom mountain chalets and Aspen East Timeshare Owners Association offers 1-bedroom condos adjacent to the ski slopes and lift-accessed mountain bike trails. Timeshare guests have access to most of the Resort's amenities and everything the Shenandoah Valley has to offer.
