Shaded by pine trees, Schooner Landing is in walking distance of the Pacific Ocean. The resort's recreation center includes a billards table, indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. With its close proximity to the ocean, a wide variety of water sports are readily available. Also available on site at the resort are a beach trail, horseshoe pit, bonfire pit, BBQ grills, crab cooker and golf and horseback riding are additional recreational options in the area. Regional attractions include the Marine Science Center, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, local lighthouses and whale watching.

Unit Highlights

Each unit at Woldmark Schooner Landing features such deluxe amenities as a whirlpool tub, fireplace, color TV/VCR, and a full kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. Washers/dryers are not in units, but located inside the clubhouse. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed; 1BR units with a loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 2 sleep sofas. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths and either 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Resort has 3 levels and no elevators. There is a US$25 key deposit, taken by credit card imprint only. Picnic tables and BBQ grills are on site. Call ahead to request cribs & high chairs. A car is suggested to enjoy the area. Resort provides free equipment for use in its Recreation Center. All units are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. You must be at least 21 to check in.
