Residence I Boboli is located in Punta Ala, famous tourist area of Tuscany on the mainland opposite the Island of Elba. The property, surrounded by beautiful gardens is located close to the prestigious marina where there are restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, newsagent, tobacconist, pharmacy, ATM and shops. This popular tourist area offers all services needed for an enjoyable holiday. In addition to various water sports in Punta Ala you can play golf on the 18 holes of the local club, play tennis and horse riding. The beaches, free and equipped, are among the most beautiful of the coast, some of them are accessible by a short walk .

Destination Highlights

For those who love art, history and good food just move in the hinterland and visit the many medieval villages where you can arrange cultural and gastronomic excursions. The closest cities are Follonica and Castiglione Fiorentino ( 20km ), while Grosseto is 40 km away . Siena, Pisa, Florence and Lucca can be visited on day trips by train (from Follonica) or by car .

The resort consists of one, two or three bedrooms units that can accommodate 3 to 7 persons with small kitchen. All units have telephone and TV,some units are carpeted and have bunk beds.The residence is not suitable for disabled people and pets are not allowed.The 1bedroom for 4 are loft with the double sofa bed in the living area.All the 1bedroom for 4 are at the second floor. No lift at the resort.
