Lovely accommodations are waiting for you at this charming New England village. Two- and three- bedroom units decorated in rustic New England style offer comfortable, cozy lodging for vacationing families. For your convenience and contentment all units are equipped with kitchen facilities, microwave, air-conditioning and phone service. There are multiple stairs from the parking lot to the building and there are also multiple stairs to reach each unit. Three Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators or handicapped-accessible units. Wi-Fi has limited access in units. The third bedroom has bunk beds.
Destination Highlights
Weirs Beach is a small village located in Historic New England within the city of Laconia. It is situated on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee; Weirs Beach refers to a wide sandy beach on this lake. Next to the beach is a boulevard and a boardwalk with shops and games that stretch along for a quarter of a mile. To visit the Weirs, a large, public dock is available for boaters on the lake and rental boats or docks can be obtained. Please note: this property is not located on the water - but only a 1/2-mile walk to the water.
Unit Highlights
All units are air-conditioned and have a patio or balcony and two televisions. 2-BDRM units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3-BDRM units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 2 twin-size beds on a bunk bed and 1 sleep sofa. *No pets allowed.* There are many stairs leading to most of the units. The resort has 3 floors and no elevators (3 bdrms are on the 3rd floor). Office hours are Sunday through Friday: 9AM to 5PM. We are in and out on Saturdays but there is a drop slot on the front door of the office if you are checking out for your keys) or we will see you Sunday at 10 for checkout. Check-in is Sunday 4PM to 5PM *no early check-ins please. If you anticipate arriving after 5 PM, please call #603-366-4878 or email [email protected] for the lockbox code to retrieve your key. Checkout time is 10 am on Sundays.
