For a fun family outing, pay a visit to nearby Lake Charlevoix or Deer Lake for boating, fishing, swimming, canoeing and kayaking. Come winter, the resort really comes to life. At Boyne Mountain, snow season offers meticulously groomed slopes for skiers of all skill levels, plus snowboarding, snowmobiling, tubing, ice skating and snow shoeing. There are 14 lifts and more than 50 trails.
