How do I book a Fun Week?
Fun Weeks are listed online and updated weekly. To book a week you must call 800-380-8939.
May I cancel my trip?
Once your trip is confirmed, it is final and nonrefundable. However, trip cancellation insurance is included at time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances, unless declined.
How do I change or cancel my rental reservation?
Hot Deals Weekly Stays are non-changeable, non-refundable. Please call the Vacation Rental Department at 800-365-9190 for assistance with changes or cancellations for Condo Connect Nightly Stays reservations
How far in advance may I make a reservation?
You may request reservations up to 52 weeks in advance or as little as 3 days prior to check-in.
When do I pay for my vacation?
All reservations must be pre-paid when confirmed.
Which credit cards do you accept for rental reservations?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Hopaway Holiday will appear on your credit card statement.
What is the quality of a condominium resort?
Each condominium property is independent. Please inquire about the rating codes when making your reservation.
Do the resorts have kitchens?
Yes, the resort units are equipped with some type of cooking facility. Such as a stove /oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. The units are also equipped with sufficient place settings and silverware, pots, pans and other cookware.
What are the sizes and sleeping capacity of the condominiums?
Studio maximum occupancy is two guests, unless otherwise stated. Generally studios have some type of cooking facility, with living area and sleeping accommodations combined.
One-bedroom maximum occupancy is four guests, unless otherwise stated. Generally one-bedrooms have full kitchens, living area with a convertible sofa, and a separate bedroom with private bathroom.
Two-bedroom maximum occupancy is six guests, unless otherwise stated. Generally two-bedrooms have full kitchens, living area with a convertible sofa, two separate bedrooms and one or two bathrooms.
What do I need to bring on my vacation?
All condominiums are fully furnished with sheets, towels, dishes, kitchen utensils and more. All you need to bring are your clothes and groceries.
May I send guests or family members on a vacation without being with them?
You may book reservations as long as one person in the party is at least 21 years of age, and holds a credit card in their name.
How many guests may I bring?
You may bring as many guests as stated in the occupancy limits.
What is the check-in and check-out day?
The days are established by the resort and may vary. Most are on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
What if I cannot arrive on the check-in date?
If you need to check-in later than the arrival date, contact the resort directly to make arrangements. Keep in mind should you arrange a check-in other than normally scheduled, the check-out day always remains the same.
If I can't find the resort, destination or dates I am looking for, can I ask for a special request?
Yes! Hopaway Holiday has relationships that give us access to inventory above and beyond what you see online. Enter a request online and a representative will contact you once we find a match. You may also call 800-380-8769 to place a request over the phone.
What size unit should I request for my family?
Request a unit that will accommodate the sleeping requirements appropriate to your family. Resorts often have a larger inventory of smaller units so if you are willing to accept any unit that will accommodate the number of people traveling, regardless of the size of the unit, you'll increase your opportunities to confirm your request.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Once your reservations are booked you'll receive email confirmation. Only the person named on the confirmation may occupy the accommodations.
Do we receive a discount if we don't stay a full week?
No, you pay the same for one day or the full week.
Is daily maid service provided?
Most resorts don't provide daily maid service. Some offer it every other day or weekly at no additional charge. Other resorts will provide maid service for a nominal fee.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry most condominiums don't allow pets.
When should I book airline travel?
Please be careful when purchasing penalty type airline tickets to a request destination before your vacation request is confirmed. If you decide to do so, please make alternate hotel reservations that you will be happy with for your requested period of dates. We cannot be held responsible if you purchase a nonrefundable or other penalty-type ticket to a destination before your request for a condominium is confirmed.
