Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
General Urgent Information
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Tax Policy: Local taxes and additional charges may vary or change without prior notice and must be paid at check out.
Name changes: A valid form of identification corresponding to the person named on the reservation must be presented.
View: Room assignments will be determined at the time of check-in. Views from the windows can not be guaranteed.
- Check-In: 3:00pm. If you believe that you will be late, you must notify the Help Desk and confirm that you will be honoring your reservation. WiFi serivice for a max of 3 devices. A maximum of 2 reservations per year is allowed. These may be multiple, consecutive, or on different travel dates, this restriction applies per resort ID, not per group.
- Front Desk Registration: Proof of age with valid identification corresponding to the name on the reservation must be presented at check-in.
Unit number: The room number indicated in the reservation confirmation may vary from the room assigned to you at the front desk.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity may not be exceeded.
- To confirm a reservation 7 days or less prior to the check-in date, the inventory needs to be verified and authorized in writing by Royal Holiday.
- There is a 3% state lodging tax.
