General Urgent Information
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Some units have stairs. Please contact ther resort as soon as possible if you need a ground floor unit due to mobility issues. Availability is limited and not guaranteed. The resort only guarantees unit type, not location or views. The resort does not relocate or assign specific units. Any Points reservations may require a unit change.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- An email is sent out a week before your stay with instructions for registration. An email address and phone number are required for all inbounds before arrival for this reason. Please contact the resort at (509) 414-1984 if you need assistance with pre-arrival registration or if you cannot arrive during Front Desk Hours.
- The front desk hours are June-August, 8am-8 pm. September-May, 9am-5pm. If you are checking in outside of these hours, contact the resort in advance. Guests can pre-register at least 24 hours before arrival at: https://wapatopoint.com/online-registration. An email and phone number are required for inbounds before arrival. The resort has keyless entry.
