General Urgent Information

Urgent Message:

• Smoking is not allowed in units.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Guest are contacted the day of arrival requesting their arrival time, if that time is after midnight, they will be provided assigned unit information, lockbox code to lockbox located just outside the main clubhouse to retrieve room keycard. In the event guest does not see email or text, the afterhours call number and MOD call number are posted on the front door at 4874 Cayview Ave. address.
