General Urgent Information

• Condominium cleanings are on Saturdays between check-out and check-in, therefore there are no early check-ins.
• Parking spaces are two cars deep, so they may accommodate a small boat trailer and truck. Off-site boat trailer parking is available. Call the resort for details.
• Charges will apply if the condo is left dirty or items are missing or broken.
• Please email the resort a few weeks prior to your stay to complete required paperwork. [email protected] Items needed: confirmation paperwork, ID, credit card deposit, a cell phone so that you can receive a keyless entry door code via text, & a signed Boat Slip Agreement if needed (there is a fee for the boat slip).
