- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Close-date reservations made less than 3 days in advance are NOT allowed at this resort and will not be honored at check-in.
- All timeshare units are in the back of the property.
- Additional parking may be available per night, for a fee, through the front desk, on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces cannot be arranged for more than one night at a time.
