General Urgent Information
Urgent Message:- All units not occupied by RCI member must have a guest certificate to check-in and use. This includes mutilple units booked by one RCI member.
- When booking one side of the lock off unit, the view is not guaranteed and most units face the parking lot. One side of the lock of is larger than the other side.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- The resort requires all guests checking in to sign a liability waiver. VISA and MASTERCARD only accepted. No cash.
- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
