General Urgent Information

• Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
• The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.

• The RCI Guest Certificate policy is enforced. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 10am, and times are strictly enforced. Call in advance to arrange a late check-in at the guard gate. Units are assigned at check-in. A credit card security deposit and photo ID showing you are at least 21 are required to check-in. All units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Violators will be fined.
• Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing. For more streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for an extra fee.
• Guests have access to use the amenities at the resort they are registered as a guest, and will not be permitted to use the amenities at other CLUB WYNDHAM® properties in the Williamsburg area.
