- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Parking Restrictions: No trailers, large vehicle parking, boat parking, RV parking, boats, or campers. Only two vehicles per reservation. The resort no longer offers a shuttle service.

- This resort does not accept cash, therefore a credit card is necessary for all purchases.
- Resort entry and use of resort amenities are limited to registered guests only. Visiting guests will not be permitted through security.
- The resort is cash-free and no longer accepts cash. Guests may charge purchases to their credit card or charge to their room with an authorized credit card on file. (Excludes gift shop, water sports, and concierge)
