- Must check in remotely, no longer offering same day in person check ins. All incoming guests must notify and confirm reservations 72 hours prior to check in. Must call the resort at 561-276-0309 and provide us with the correct contact information and security deposit. If guests do not do this then they may not be able to check in.
- ALL RCI Inbounds, with no exceptions, must present a RCI Confirmation or Guest Certificate when checking in. The Confirmation or Guest Certificate must include the name of the guest checking in. Please be advised that any guest without the proper matching documentation will not be allowed to check in until RCI Confirmation or Guest Certificate is received.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- If booking your reservation less than two weeks away from check in, please contact the resort for check in instructions.
