Policy Restrictions

Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

Smoking Restrictions: Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.

General Urgent Information

Urgent Message:

• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• Resort will NOT allow any bookings made less than 7 days prior to check-in.
• Units 310, 312, 305A, 410,411,412 and 414 do not have ocean views.
• Week 28 is the area Jazz festival, guests will experience noise and the event is best suited for adults. Week 31 is the annual Lobster Fest, crowds and noise expected.
• Hotel and Studio Units have one window which looks out onto interior hall. No view of outside.
