- Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Pets are not allowed at the resort but exceptions might be possible. Members should contact the resort for more information.
- Utility Fee payment shall be done with credit card before arrival.You will receive a booking confirmation when the booking is done in Skistar system up to two weeks before arrival. The confirmation shows booking number and the utility fee to pay. After, please log on to www.skistar.com, fill in your e-mail address and reset password. When this is done you can log on and pay the utility fee.
- Cleaning fee is required as an online prepayment prior to your arrival. Skistar will contact you.
- Contact the resort in advance if bringing a pet to discuss if this option can be approved, as only some guest rooms are pet-friendly. The resort will provide information to guests traveling with pets or those who are allergic to fur animals.
