Minimum Check-In Age: Minimum age check-in is 21.

Smoking Restrictions: Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.

General Urgent Information

• Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
• The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
• Limited parking onsite and no onsite parking options are available for oversized vehicles. Fees are charged for most amenities. Call the resort in advance to discuss special needs.
• Resort enforces a non-smoking policy. Units are non-smoking (including the balcony), and there is fine for smoking violations.
• Motorcycle rallies are in the area each May & September increasing noise and traffic. Contact the resort for exact dates.
• ALL RCI reservations are for units in Tower 4 across the street from the beach. Tower 4 check-in is Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9 am-5 pm. If arriving outside these hours go to the Tower 2 check-in desk, open 24 hrs. An additional fee is charged for exceeding the maximum occupancy of your assigned unit.
• Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account.
• Guest certificate required for multiple reservations.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
