Urgent Message:- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Please note that the resort does not take special requests for room assignments, and rooms are not assigned by the resort until the check-in date is less than a few weeks away. The resort reserves the right to assign any unit of the same size and occupancy as the unit confirmed. If your reservation spans a weekend or standard check-in day, you may be required to change units.
- When confirming a studio the sleeping arrangements is one king bed and one sofa sleeper in the same room. Partial kitchen consists of: microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster over, small refrigerator and coffee pot. ALL STUDIOS have stairs to the front door.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Gated RV & trailer parking is located less than a mile off-site. Inquire with Guest Services for directions and the combination. Packages & mail are not accepted for guests on-site. There is no covered parking at the resort.
- This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
