- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- There is only ONE parking space provided for each reserved unit. There is very limited overnight parking in the town of Breckenridge which may be available for a fee. Please call the office for more parking information.
- Two-bedroom units have one bath and are 600 square feet.
- GUESTS WILL CHECK-IN DIRECTLY AT THEIR UNIT DOOR with a door code sent from [email protected]. Please be sure we have a valid email address and phone number on file to ensure the proper delivery of arrival instructions and door code. Check spam or junk folders.
