General Urgent Information

Urgent Message:

• The resort has a Saturday check-in, except during Christmas and New Year's weeks, when the check-in dates are always the 15th, 23rd, and 30th of December.
• Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
• Balcony heights in this resort are lower than normal, extra care should be taken.
• Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Bookings must be for 7, 14, or 21 nights and begin on the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled.
• Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
• A credit card imprint is acceptable for security deposit. Resort charges 2% admin fee for all credit cards, including AMEX.
• The resort has one disabled unit, unit 25. If you require a disabled unit, please inform RCI at the time of booking.
• The bar closes at 3pm.
