General Urgent Information

Urgent Message:

• Check-in at reception depending on your booking is Thursday from 16 to 21 hours only, and on Saturday from 16 to 22 hours only. Reception hours: Monday to Friday 8-21 hours; Saturday 8-22 hours; Sunday 8-13/16-21 hours.
• Guests need to have a valid email address on their booking, so the resort can send the pre-arrival information. For Non-RCI members please email the resort within 14 days of check-in, so they can send the pre-arrival information.
• Mandatory electricity and cleaning fees are per person, per week, and paid at check-in. Air conditioning is only available from mid-June through mid-September and operates on fixed timetables. The wellness center is currently closed.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com.
• Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
• Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
• Smoking is not allowed in units.
