• Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
• The Check-in Center is at 400 Golf View Drive. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday through Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. The after-hours contact phone number is 417-676-0408.
• The pools at Carriage Place and Surrey Townhouses are closed, but guests are welcome to use the ones at Grand Crowne Resort.
• The resort has a limited number of small dog-friendly units. Call the resort for availability. No more than two dogs, 40 pounds or less each, and we ask that you bring their updated shot records. No other pets or animals are allowed on the property. Please call us at 1 (800) 480-8212 with questions.
• Unit number assignments are subject to change. Handicap units are also limited, if needed please contact the resort prior to booking to verify availability.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• Smoking is not allowed in units.
• A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
