- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Please be prepared to provide credit card at check in. Please contact the resort 14 days prior to your arrival. If you are arriving after 4pm, it is required that you contact the resort to make arrangements for access to the lock box and the key to your unit.
- Pets are not permitted in units or common areas. Emotional support/comfort animals are considered pets and are not permitted. A fee of $250.00 may be charged. Exclusion of pets does not prohibit service animals.

- From November through May, there is no parking on the shoulder of the road due to snow removal work and no overnight parking in the area.
