Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

General Urgent Information

• Reception hours are 11:00 am-7:00 pm, 7 days a week. Guests MUST contact the resort in advance at [email protected] so the resort can provide further instructions regarding their arrival.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com.
• Please ensure that extra care is taken on the balconies with children as gaps are larger than normal.
• Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort.
• Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
• Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
• Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
