General Urgent Information
- AFVC members or guests of AFVC members, please be advised that you or anyone in your party can only stay or confirm a booking at Coconut Bay once every four years.
- Office hours are Sunday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 8am to 7pm. These are the office hours, not the check-in times.
- You may only exchange into this resort once every 4 years. No consecutive or concurrent bookings are allowed.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
