Pets: Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.Smoking Restrictions: Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.
General Urgent Information
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Please note, pictures are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual accommodation type guests will receive.
- Guests travelling with pets must notify HCR at least 2 weeks before their holiday so that pet fees can be charged. Notification can be made by calling Customer Service on 0300 870 900 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–16:30) or via the form on the Holiday Club website.
- Please note that the keys can be obtained from Ylläs Avain Oy office.

- Units at this resort can be in different buildings and quite spread out.
- Bookings must be for 7,14 or 21 nights and for correct check in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled.
