General Urgent Information

• Currently, the hotel has water 24 hours a day as it is in a trial phase with an underground tank system. In case it does not work, the rationing schedule is as follows: Morning: 6:30 am to 7:30 am, Midday: 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, and Evening: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please confirm the current status with the hotel.
• Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
• Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Additional guest will only be accepted subject to availability at the resort, and extra fee which will need to be consulted directly at the resort. The resort performs daily room cleaning, towels are changed every other day. Additional Cleaning & Late check out available for an additional fee that must be paid at the resort.
• * WiFi service only available by the front desk area. * Resort does not offer any facility for kids entertainment. * No Room Service available at the Resort.
