- Points Reservations may have to relocate units during stay.

- There are stairways leading to all upper units. The resort consists of 7 buildings, each with up to 3 levels, and there are no elevators. If you prefer a ground floor unit, please contact the resort to be placed on the waiting list. However, they cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
