General Urgent Information

- If confirm close date (48 hours or less prior to check in time), you must contact resort at 865-453-3240 for check-in instructions and to notify resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- There are stairways leading to all upper units. The resort consists of 7 buildings, each with up to 3 levels, and there are no elevators. If you prefer a ground floor unit, please contact the resort to be placed on the waiting list. However, they cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
