Policy Restrictions
Minimum Check-In Age: Minimum age check-in is 21.Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Smoking Restrictions: No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
General Urgent Information
- Check in is not until 4pm. Early check in is not permitted.
- Restaurant and snack bar are seasonal.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Due to the resort’s remote lakeside location, Wi-Fi and internet service are not available within the guest units. Complimentary internet access is available in the resort’s lobby for your use. Those who require internet access in their accommodations are encouraged to bring a personal mobile hotspot device.
- Resort has 3 levels and not all are accessible by elevator and require stairs to access. Some units will have stairs leading to and within the unit as well.
