General Urgent Information
- Resort does not imprint credit cards. Resort requires all guests to call 715-798-3999 ext. 1 in advance of arrival to provide credit card information. Resort requests all inbounds call in advance for policies, procedures and special requests at this number.
- Front desk hours of operation are Sunday-Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Guests MUST call 715-798-3999 ext. 1 to make arrangements for late check in. Resort MUST be called at 715-798-3999 ext 1 for any reservations booked within 7 days of check in PRIOR to confirming. No exceptions. Resort will not honor reservations booked within 7 days of arrival if resort is not called. Please call emergency line 715-798-3999 ext 4 if outside of office hours.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Not all units have fireplaces. Pets allowed: dogs ONLY, 2 dogs max. Guest must call 715-798-3999 ext 1 once confirmed to make arrangements for dogs and email vaccination records at least 30 days prior to arrival. Dog-friendly units are limited and not guaranteed. No dogs will be allowed if prior arrangements are not obtained.
