Policy Restrictions

Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

Smoking Restrictions: Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.

General Urgent Information

• All inbounds must contact resort at least one week in advance to obtain check in instructions. There is NO check in desk on site.
• Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• The resort fee must be paid in advance. Mail check made out to Ocean Point, Ltd to PO Box 3925, Ocean City MD 21843-3925. Or call to use Credit Card, Zelle or Venmo. If resort fee is not paid in advance you will not be allowed to check in.
• There is no Wi-Fi or internet connectivity on-site.
