- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Unit types are assigned by RCI. Handicap units must be the same size as the one assigned by RCI. Not all units have balconies. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Unit size and features assigned will be the unit booked. Same-day reservations are not allowed at this resort.
- Units 1001-1016, 2001-2016, 3001-3005 are across the street from beach, do not have balconies. Resort has right to change unit assignment, will not change unit type or location/view. Upgrades MAY be available for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact the resort to check availability. Max occupancy is strictly enforced. Reservations made less than two days prior to check-in must be approved with resort by phone prior to confirming.
