General Urgent Information
- Guests can check in at the on-site office on Saturday between 3 pm and 6 pm ONLY. If arriving after 6pm on Saturday, guests MUST call the resort prior to check-in to make alternate arrangements. The checkout time is 10am and is strictly enforced. Contact the resort at 843-272-7376, option zero.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- The 3-bedroom units are at 3401 S. Ocean Blvd, two blocks from the main building. The pool is in the 3-bedroom building. There is no elevator in the 3-bedroom building, only in the 2-bedroom unit building. Tents are not allowed on the beach.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Call the after-hours call center at 843-626-4101 to get our lockbox code. Your packet with the keys and instructions will be inside the lockbox with your unit number on the front.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
