General Urgent Information
Urgent Message:- Please contact the resort 14 days prior to arrival to provide contact information. This will ensure you receive all pre-arrival information for check-in.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Office & front desk hours: Monday - Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 12pm-7pm, and Sunday 12pm-3pm. Late arrivals must call the resort in advance at (435) 649-0370 to make alternate late check-in arrangements. Another picnic area is available.
- No elevators are on-site. There are about 26 stairs in each unit.
- All resort amenities are closed until further notice. This includes the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and recreation room.
