General Urgent Information
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- 1 bedroom units for 4 are most suited to 2 adults and 2 children as they are small.
- Studio units sleeping 4 are best suited for 2 adults and 2 children, as they have a queen Murphy bed and a double sleeper sofa.
- The resort kiddie pool is the only pool closed at this time.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- During Spring Break weeks, the primary guest responsible for checking in must be at least 23 years old and present when the travel party checks in or the reservation will not be honored. This policy will be strictly enforced.
