General Urgent Information

Urgent Message:

• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
• Smoking is not allowed in units.
• After-hours check-in instructions: Should you arrive after our check-in hours, look for a dark green box to the Left of the office door. Inside the green box, you will find a packet with your last name on it.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• The packet will contain the keys to your unit, a map showing the layout of the property, and a pamphlet with helpful information. The code to the lock box will be sent to you a few days prior to your arrival. No charging stations are available at the resort for electric vehicles.
• Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
• Linens, paper goods, and soap are supplied. Bathtub grab bars and Pack-n-Plays are available by request, so please check with the front desk.
• Neither smoking nor vaping is permitted inside the units. Pets are not allowed. Please contact the resort for the documentation needed for ADA Service Animals.
