- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Owners must have their week reserved or deposited a minimum of 30 days in advance of the start date for the Spacebank to be verified. Owners cannot deposit online, and instead, must call 800-613-0310 to deposit.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Please contact the resort for indoor waterpark holiday hours at 903-534-8400. There is a fee to use the waterpark.
