General Urgent Information

• Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.

• The adjacent Osborne Hotel will be closed from 3rd January to 3rd March 2025. The leisure facilities including the indoor pool and gym will be open, however, the bar and restaurant will not be available.
• Restricted access to Resort balconies - the balcony apartments are as follows: 4, 18, 39, 43, 47, 62, 72, 78 and 84.
• The office is open Sunday through Thursday from 9am-6pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 8:30am-7pm.
• The resort is unable to re-assign guestrooms under any circumstances, and most are not wheelchair accessible nor suitable for people with disabilities. There are stairs to access most guestrooms, and the lift is on a half-way landing. Gusts must notify the resort in advance of special accessible needs or a late arrival.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

• Please ensure that extra care is taken on the balconies with children as gaps are larger than normal.
