General Urgent Information
Urgent Message:- There may be many stairs to climb to access the unit, as well as inside the unit. Please contact the resort immediately after confirming if stairs are an issue for your party.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- AFVC restricted resorts are: 1932 Presidential Resort, 2293 Eagle Trace at Massanutten,1645 Massanutten's Shenandoah Villas, 2650 Eagle Trace at Killy Court, 3640 The Summit at Massanutten, 5711 Woodstone at Massanutten, C152 Regal Vistas at Massanutten and 0174 Massanutten Mountainside Villas.
- AFVC guest or guests of AFVC members, please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the family of Massanutten Resorts.
- For check-in after 8:00 pm, please proceed to Woodstone Meadows Complex across from the entrance to Massanutten Village on Rt 644.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
