- Most units require stairs for access. However, LaCosta A and LaCosta B are walk-in units with Friday check-ins, and Eagles Nest, Woodlands, St. Andrews, Greenbriar, and Firestone have Sunday check-ins.
- Check-in is available on Friday from 3:30pm to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday from 3:30pm to 6pm.
- The resort does NOT offer 24-hour check-in, so guests MUST call the resort at (706) 746-2743 in advance if arriving after 4:30 pm. The resort is open Sunday-Saturday from 8:30am - 5pm with a lunch break from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
