Sea Villas at New Smyrna Waves by Exploria Resorts is an ideal resort for family fun in the summer, with organized activities for the young and young-at-heart every day of the week. The resort consists of three two-story buildings, with oceanfront, ocean-view and ocean-side units. Each second-floor unit is accessed via its private staircase. Sea Villas has a heated pool, barbecue area and gazebo. The beach is just a few steps to the north of the resort.

New Smyrna Beach has become a popular family vacation area, given its proximity to all the popular Florida tourist destinations, and its friendly, relaxed atmosphere. In fact, it is a world apart in pace and character. Here you will feel as relaxed as the dolphins that frequently frolic in the mornings and afternoons just off shore.
