• Prepay the fee 48 hours after confirmation or 30 days before check-in using the email from Vidanta with payment instructions or 866-729-6691 USA/CAN 800 849 3884 México. The resort will receive the update for the RCI reservation, including guest certificates, within 72 hours of confirmation. Please pre-check in at https://precheckin.vidanta.com/home. The fee does not cover local taxes.
• This resort has Mandatory Resort Fees. You are required to pay the applicable Mandatory Resort Fee listed in the Fees Tab on rci.com as of the date of confirmation. Pre-payment should be made 30 days before check-in date.
• Resort fees are mandatory for members and guests. From the second multiple unit onward, a guest certificate is required. If more than one Guest Certificate is for the same travel date, each must be under a different guest's name. Joint members must contact RCI before reserving.
• Joint members must contact RCI before reserving. Vidanta owners cannot confirm categories higher than those assigned to their properties. The stated maximum occupancy is the maximum number of guests permitted in the unit and may not provide the greatest level of comfort for all occupants.
