General Urgent Information

• Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
• Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
• Smoking is not allowed in units.
• Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
• Resort hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday and Wednesday, and 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Thursday, excluding holidays. Contact the resort in advance for after-hours check-in details. Pre-register at https://wapatopoint.com/online-registration at least 24 hours before arrival.
• A credit card is required upon check-in for any damages or incidental charges. Pets are not allowed.
• Guests MUST contact the front desk prior to 8pm on their arrival date to set up an after-hours lockbox to get into their unit if arriving after 8pm. If failure to contact the front desk during business hours, there will be a $75 after-hour fee assessed. We provide a lockbox and codes for after-hour check-ins.
• Some units have stairs. Contact the resort for unit information. The resort only guarantees unit type, not location or views. The resort does not relocate or assign specific units. Any Points reservations may require a unit change.
• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
