- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- During the second week in June, the area hosts a motorcycle rally and the atmosphere for this week is best suited for adults. Trailer parking is only allowed in the designated trailer parking lot. Space may be limited and is on a first come, first served basis. If an RV or trailer is found within the community parking lot, it may be towed at the owner’s expense without warning.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- For any inquiries, please contact the resort. The check-in office is in a white building next to the entrance of the Village of Winnipesaukee. If you require immediate assistance after hours, please call 1-866-802-5465.
- RESORT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GUESTS WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES. This property is not ADA accessible as it was built before guidelines were established. There may be many steps to and from the multi-floor buildings. No elevators are onsite. All three-bedroom units are located on the third floor.
